
Franchise Operations Business Partner

Collaborate closely with franchisees and their managers to ensure that restaurants within the Markets are consistently maintained and developed to the highest standards of product quality, service, and cleanliness. Recommend and implement action plans to drive continuous improvement in all aspects of customer satisfaction and operational excellence, including Win Score (guest satisfaction), FSCC (food safety), and ACE (brand standards).
- Serve as the key liaison between Operations and other departments, providing valuable insights, facilitating decision-making, and offering support in the development and evaluation of programs related to new products, marketing promotions, restaurant controls, procedural compliance, and operational training.
- Lead the use of the Balanced Scorecard to drive year-over-year improvement and support franchisee operations teams in achieving their goals. Guide and direct field operations to maximize sales potential and profitability while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Unit Economics and Profitability - Collaborate with franchise teams to identify opportunities for improving unit economics, ensuring a robust business model that supports sustainable future growth.
- Ensure the implementation of all reporting and control procedures across key operational areas, including compliance, customer service, management control, production, hygiene, safety, maintenance, and general administration, adhering to Pizza Hut’s global policies and standards.
- Lead the execution of Pizza Hut’s programs and clearly communicate company strategies and objectives to franchisees and field teams, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Drive sales growth by leveraging operational excellence and effectively executing marketing promotions to maximize business impact.
- Coordinate and facilitate the Regional Champions Week, including the Champions League (Champs Challenge) and the Champions Club, fostering a culture of excellence and building the capabilities of the Franchisee Operations teams.
- Organize and manage Regional Operations forums and meetings, overseeing agenda preparation, meeting logistics, and the sharing of best practices across markets.
- Advocate for and embody Pizza Hut’s Corporate Mission, Goals, and Values, serving as a role model for advancing the “One System” philosophy throughout the organization.
- Provide operations training and support the rollout of regional and corporate operational initiatives, ensuring consistent and effective execution across all teams.
- Other duties as required.
**Requirements**:
- Degree / Masters with 10+ years progressive job experience with significant emphasis on Brand standards, 3rd party vendor management and project management
- Possess experience working in or alongside regional roles, potentially within a matrix organization, with a proven ability to build relationships and influence across functional lines. Demonstrated success in guiding, motivating, and influencing teams without direct authority.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (managing large data files, vlookups, pivot tables, breakeven calculations) and Powerpoint
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, coupled with a keen problem-solving mindset.
- Able to work independently while also thriving as a collaborative team player.
