Customer Relations Team Lead

As a Customer Relations Team Lead at DBS Bank, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service standards across various touchpoints.
DBS Bank is a leading financial institution in Singapore, and as part of our Group Technology and Operations team, we strive to provide an efficient, nimble, and resilient infrastructure that supports the bank's operations.
This role requires strong leadership skills to manage and lead different individuals who deal with challenging situations every day. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the Customer Relations Team, ensuring RED service standards are embedded in all customers' interactions, and achieving performance key targets, SLAs, and KPIs.
A successful candidate will have 5-8 years of experience managing telephony operations or online services, as well as experience managing complaints across large customer bases and senior management and regulators. Additionally, they should possess good customer management skills, strong leadership abilities, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
