Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team at The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. in Singapore. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in freight coordination, documentation preparation, and cost verification. You will work closely with our sales department, transporters, warehouse teams, and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment processes. Your excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot issues will make you an asset to our team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide top-notch support to our sales department, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues efficiently
* Coordinate with transporters, warehouse teams, and overseas agents to facilitate seamless shipments
* Prepare and verify documents for imports, exports, transhipments, and delivery order releases
* Conduct thorough cost verifications to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Attend to customer requests regarding rates, shipment tracking, and other queries
Requirements
* A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in freight coordination or customer service
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines
