About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to join our team in Singapore. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to improve our services
- Providing software training and support to customers
- Assisting in the retrieval of camera footage for customers
- Preparing usage reports for sales teams
- Data analytics for software accuracy
- Back-end QC check for new vehicle installation projects
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A diploma or degree in a related field
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service or a related field
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position with a salary range of SGD 40,000 - SGD 60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
