Job Overview
Natureland Wellness PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to oversee the daily activities of customer service operations and provide regular performance-related feedback to staff.

Key Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
• Strategizing and implementing effective customer service strategies to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring the performance of customer service staff and providing them with constructive feedback to improve their skills.
• Assisting customer service staff with duties where required and training them in areas of customer service and company policies.
• Managing cashier coverage and customer flow to ensure efficient and proficient customer service.
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborating with other departments to develop and implement service policies that meet the needs of our customers.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing regular reports to management.
• Providing excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and staff.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and guide your team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a customer-facing environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office software and ability to learn new technology quickly.

Salary Range
The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
