Customer Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Team Lead to join our team at DI YI TCM PTE. LTD.
Job Description- Key Responsibilities:
- • Ensure customer appointments are booked via various channels, including online and phone platforms.
- • Verify customer treatment/product card balances align with our WESS System.
- • Collect outlet/roadshow feedback forms and prepare comprehensive reports.
- • Address all customer inquiries, complaints, and refunds in a timely manner.
- • Foster a culture of quality customer service among outlet staff.
- • Investigate, discuss, and negotiate with clients on complaint cases.
- • Process refund cases for customers while maintaining excellent communication.
- • Develop strong relationships with clients through effective public relations.
- • Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management.
- Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be resourceful, and coachable.
- • Demonstrate an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, creating relationships from a cold start.
- • Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- • Highly self-motivated individual.
- • Professional phone etiquette.
- • Strong team player with a positive attitude.
- • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
- • At least 1 year experience in customer service or handling customers.
- • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
- • Minimum diploma in any field of study preferred.
- • Willingness to travel to outlets and roadshow venues as necessary.
The estimated salary for this position is between SGD 45,000 - 60,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
