We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Officer to lead our team in managing daily operations at the Airport location in Singapore.
This position is perfect for individuals with excellent leadership skills, who can motivate and develop both new and existing staff to maintain the highest service standards.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team in managing daily operations and making final decisions to ensure a positive passenger experience and satisfaction.
- Guide, develop, motivate, and mentor staff to maintain high service standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and standard operating procedures of the company, airlines, and airport authorities.
- Collaborate with the Duty Manager to deploy staff based on agreed service standards with airlines and airport authorities.
- Diploma in any discipline.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English.
- Pleasant disposition and good interpersonal skills.
- Team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent and able to multitask.
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Able to work rotating shifts.
The ideal candidate will have a diploma in any field, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. With a salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per annum, this is an excellent opportunity for those looking to advance their careers in customer service.
