At RK Recruitment Pte Ltd, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in the Front Office department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and supervise the day-to-day activities of all sections within the Front Office, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
  • Monitor and maintain room inventory to maximize revenue and ensure efficient room utilization.
  • Handle guest complaints and concerns with tact and diplomacy, ensuring prompt and courteous resolution.
  • Authorize rate and room changes, paid outs, cash advances, and credit policies in accordance with established procedures.
  • Collaborate with the Security department to address incidents, thefts, or other security concerns.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in hotel operations, with a focus on Front Office management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct junior staff.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in Opera and other relevant hotel management systems.
