Key Responsibilities:- Direct and supervise the day-to-day activities of all sections within the Front Office, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest service.
- Monitor and maintain room inventory to maximize revenue and ensure efficient room utilization.
- Handle guest complaints and concerns with tact and diplomacy, ensuring prompt and courteous resolution.
- Authorize rate and room changes, paid outs, cash advances, and credit policies in accordance with established procedures.
- Collaborate with the Security department to address incidents, thefts, or other security concerns.
- Proven experience in hotel operations, with a focus on Front Office management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct junior staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in Opera and other relevant hotel management systems.
