Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive sales growth for our exhibition halls and meeting rooms at Singapore EXPO.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospecting and networking to identify new business opportunities;
  • BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS THROUGH EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS;
  • Working with the marketing department to develop sales campaigns that generate a continuous pipeline of opportunities;
  • Conducting regular sales presentations and site visits with clients;
  • Managing and supporting clients from prospecting to closure of events;
Requirements
  • A degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in Tourism and Hospitality, MICE, Corporate Sales, and/or Events;
  • Proven sales experience in the venue or hospitality industry is an advantage;
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Possesses a strong network of business contacts cultivated throughout your career;
  • Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets through a results-oriented approach;
  • Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills to build strong relationships with clients;
  • Highly motivated with excellent problem-solving skills;
  • An independent and proactive individual who thrives in a collaborative environment while maintaining a positive attitude;
Competitive Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you can expect a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
