We are seeking an exceptional Guest Service Representative to join our team and provide world-class service to our residents.

You will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that exceeds our guests' expectations.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with check-in and check-out procedures
  • Ensuring all residents are attended to at the Front Desk
  • Issuing apartment access key cards
  • Attending to and anticipating all residents' queries and needs
  • Providing recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest, and assisting residents in making travel arrangements
  • Managing residents' accounts, information, and apartment availability in the system
  • Making and confirming reservations
  • Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees
  • Responding to all queries through walk-ins, emails, and calls, and assisting with requests
  • Handling and recording resident feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers
  • Receiving and conveying messages to residents promptly
  • Handling the safekeeping of cash and residents' valuables and belongings
