Job scope:

  • Managing Front Desk Operations: Overseeing daily check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and managing guest information at the front desk.
  • Staff Supervision: Hiring, training, and evaluating front desk staff, including receptionists, concierges, and bellhops, to ensure they deliver exceptional service.
  • Guest Complaint Resolution: Promptly addressing and resolving guest complaints, concerns, and issues in a professional manner.
  • Guest Service Standards: Setting and maintaining high standards for guest service, including communication, hospitality, and problem-solving.
  • Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborating with other departments like housekeeping, maintenance, and sales to ensure seamless guest experience.
  • Guest Feedback Analysis: Monitoring guest feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing necessary changes to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • VIP Guest Management: Handling special requests and needs of VIP guests.
  • Shift Management: Scheduling and managing staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage throughout the day.
  • Operational Reporting: Producing reports on key performance indicators like guest satisfaction, occupancy rates, and staff performance.
