At CapitaLand, we are seeking a skilled Guest Service Coordinator to support our daily guest service operations in our Hotel.

You will create a pleasant and lasting atmosphere that enables guests' satisfaction and provide a sense of home away from home. Your role involves assisting guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all guests are attended to at the Front Desk, and issuing apartment access key cards.

You will also attend to and anticipate all guests' queries and needs, providing recommendations on nearby amenities, places of interest, and assisting guests in making travel, tours, and restaurant reservation arrangements. Additionally, you will manage guests' accounts, information, and apartment availability in the system, perform simple bookkeeping, make and confirm reservations, and respond to all queries through walk-ins, emails, and calls.

Your excellent team player and service-oriented attitude will enable you to handle and record resident feedback and complaints, referring them to supervisors and managers as needed. If you possess a good command of spoken and written English, pay attention to details, and have a passion for learning a variety of tasks, including handling paperwork, we encourage you to apply.
