Job Overview
Sofitel Singapore City Centre is seeking an experienced Guest Services Executive/Officer to join our team. As a key member of the Front Office, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the Front Office operation and workflow to maximize guests' satisfaction levels.
  • Responsible and accountable for maintaining the highest service standard of Front Office.
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in monitoring the Front Office Associates and train them to ensure that guests receive prompt and courteous services.
  • Maintain control of guest and hotel accounts ensuring that all charges are accurate and posted on a timely basis.
