Job Description

The Guest Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating guest services and ensuring that all guests have a memorable stay at Granmil Holdings. This role involves communicating with guests to understand their needs and preferences, and then implementing those preferences to provide a personalized experience.

This position requires a high level of creativity and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and respond to unexpected situations. The Guest Services Coordinator must be able to work well under pressure, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with guests to understand their needs and preferences
  • Implement guest preferences to provide a personalized experience
  • Coordinate guest services, including arranging activities and excursions
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met
