IT Desktop Support Specialist
About the RoleThis role is responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users in a corporate environment.
The IT Desktop Support Specialist will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring IT systems and services are functioning efficiently.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
Main ResponsibilitiesProvide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users (onsite and remote)
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues
Manage Active Directory tasks such as user creation, deletion, and password resets
We're looking for an experienced and skilled IT professional who can provide top-notch support to our end-users.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure.
The successful candidate will be a team player who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
