Job Title: Expert Desktop Support Specialist

This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a team of talented professionals in providing exceptional desktop support services. As an Expert Desktop Support Specialist, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our desktop environment, troubleshooting issues, and delivering top-notch customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide expert-level technical support for end-user computing devices (EUCDs) and troubleshoot complex issues
* Manage and deploy laptops and related hardware, ensuring optimal performance and security
* Handle incidents and service requests via ServiceNow, resolving them efficiently and effectively
* Support Microsoft 365 applications and services, as well as Microsoft Active Directory
* Provide support for Mac and Apple devices, ensuring seamless integration with our existing infrastructure

Requirements:

* Experience in EUCD support and deployment, with a strong focus on troubleshooting and resolution
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, with hands-on experience in managing and deploying laptops
* Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Hands-on experience with Mac and Apple product support, including device management and troubleshooting
* Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* ITIL certification or knowledge, with a strong understanding of IT service management principles
* Experience with cloud computing and disaster recovery, with a solid grasp of technical concepts and terminology
