Job Title: Operations Support Associate

This role focuses on delivering exceptional support to our frontline operations and communication outreach across multiple locations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide on-site assistance to various teams within the organization, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity.
    • Offer frontline concierge services to employees and visitors, providing a welcoming and supportive environment.
    • Manage room and AV/IT systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance, to ensure optimal performance.
    • Support the provision of office supplies and employee inductees through vending and parcel locker machines, streamlining logistics and improving efficiency.
    • Administrate daily pantry upkeep and manage gym operations, ensuring timely maintenance works are completed and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
    • Develop content for monthly promotions and plan employee-related initiatives to enhance productivity, employee engagement, and overall job satisfaction.
    • Provide wayfinding assistance to public visitors and escalate service requests to the middle office via the Employee Relationship Management System (ERMS), ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
    • Offer logistics and AV support for events organized within the facilities, ensuring smooth execution and excellent event experiences.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline is required.
  • Strong service excellence mindset and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are essential.

Benefits:
