Job Title: Frontline Operations Specialist

This role focuses on supporting the frontline operations and communications outreach across multiple locations.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Provide on-site support to various teams within the organization
    • Offer frontline concierge services to employees and visitors
    • Manage room and AV/IT systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance
    • Support the provision of office supplies and employee inductees through vending and parcel locker machines
    • Administrate daily pantry upkeep and manage gym operations, ensuring timely maintenance works are completed
    • Develop content for monthly promotions and plan employee-related initiatives to enhance productivity
    • Provide wayfinding assistance to public visitors and escalate service requests to the middle office via the Employee Relationship Management System (ERMS)
    • Offer logistics and AV support for events organized within the facilities

Requirements

  • Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Diploma in Business Management or relevant discipline is required
  • Strong service excellence mindset and good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are essential

Benefits
