Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline support to students, parents, and visitors by responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle phone calls and emails from stakeholders such as parents, teachers, and students in a courteous and efficient way.
- Receive goods deliveries on behalf of staff members and ensure that they are properly documented and stored.
Requirements:
- GCE 'O' Level qualifications or equivalent.
- Basic IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational setting.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills are essential for this position.
