Job Opportunity

  • Role: Frontline Operational Support Specialist
  • Location: Havelock area
  • Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 6pm, Sat 8.30am – 1pm (Based on roster)

As a frontline operational support specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert operational support to clients. This includes guiding users on application procedures and required documentation.

You will handle walk-in enquiries and process applications at service counters with efficiency and professionalism.

Liaising with internal teams is crucial in ensuring smooth service delivery and user support. You will also oversee system-related requests and coordinate with technical specialists to resolve issues raised by stakeholders.

One of your key responsibilities will be conducting physical delivery of official documents across various locations in Singapore; monitoring and verifying completion status within required timelines.

Participating in workflow improvement initiatives and assisting in updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) is an essential part of this role.

You will collaborate with professionals from partner organizations and external agencies to support comprehensive case management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert operational support to clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in operations or customer-facing roles
  • Willing and able to perform field duties across Singapore (transport costs reimbursed)
  • Strong ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Proven experience in delivering excellent customer service to diverse stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Quick thinker with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in IT systems and related applications (Basic Microsoft office, E-filing systems)
