The role of the Frontline Enrolment Officer is pivotal in providing top-notch frontline support to students and customers.

This officer manages enrolment procedures, handles administrative tasks, oversees fee collection, verifies contracts, and processes sales transactions with accuracy and efficiency.

This officer also addresses enquiries, resolves issues at the counter, and ensures a positive customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, including handling difficult customers and managing complaints effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills for telephone and face-to-face interactions.
  • In-depth knowledge of educational programmes, student policies, and enrolment processes.
  • Proficient in multitasking and maintaining accuracy in administrative tasks.
