APAC Talent Excellence and Program Strategist

We are a dynamic and diverse organization seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as an APAC Talent Excellence and Program Strategist.
Job DescriptionRole Summary
The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between the APAC region and HR Centers of Excellence, collaborating with global teams to customize and roll out programs that reflect regional cultural, legal, and operational nuances. This role will require strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and Design:
- Act as the primary liaison between the APAC region and HR COEs (e.g., Talent Management, Learning & Development).
- Collaborate with COEs to customize and roll out programs that reflect the specific cultural, legal, and operational nuances of the APAC region.
- Ensure that best practices and innovations from the region are shared with global teams and integrated into future initiatives.
- Program Management & Delivery:
- Support HRBPs in last-mile delivery of key HR initiatives across the APAC region, ensuring timely and effective implementation.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting on HR programs.
- Change Management:
- Develop and execute change management plans to support the successful adoption of HR programs in the region.
- Support HR and business leaders in understanding and implementing new initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of HR programs, making adjustments as needed to ensure continued success.
- Data & Reporting:
- Collect and analyze data to track the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on regional data to inform future HR strategies.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong understanding of HR practices.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience working with HR Centers of Excellence and customizing global programs for regional needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong change management skills and experience with large-scale organizational transformations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.
Preferred Skills and Education
- Experience in last-mile delivery or logistics sectors.
- Multilingual capabilities, with proficiency in at least one other language spoken within the APAC region.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
- Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
