We're looking for a seasoned professional with at least 15-20 years of experience in HR, who has demonstrated expertise in business partnering, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational design. You will be responsible for providing strategic guidance to client groups, leading HR activities across all areas, and influencing change to drive business impact.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with leaders across the business and geographies, build trusting relationships with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outcomes that are business impacting. You will also be part of a dynamic and changing environment within a HR team, where you can utilize your skills and experience to make a meaningful difference.
About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to join a global business as a leader in medical science, with over 40 years of experience. As a Human Capital Strategist, you will be part of a fast-paced environment, working on key initiatives that will enhance overall performance and build the overall human capital capability of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance to client groups on talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, and organizational design
- Lead HR activities across all areas, including HR information systems, policies, and benefits administration
- Partner with business leaders to drive change and improvement initiatives, ensuring alignment with department/function performance goals and business strategy
- Develop and implement programs to foster a strong culture of engagement from employees, including employee recognition and reward programs
- Ensure all employment and benefits policies are current and updated, administer APAC President's Club and Functional Excellence Programs
Requirements:
- At least 15-20 years of related experience, with relevant tertiary qualification
- Demonstrated experience and capability in a business partnering role, with expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational design
- Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills, with ability to engage, build, and maintain trusting relationships with business stakeholders
- Effective business partner with ability to lead HR activities across all areas and proven ability to influence change
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
