Job Description:

The Edge Partnership seeks a seasoned Regional Human Capital Strategist to lead the full spectrum of HR initiatives across the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent management strategies, encompassing succession planning, talent acquisition, and retention programs.
  • Provide expert guidance to business leaders on developing progressive talent solutions to drive business objectives.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless implementation and adoption of new HR programs and processes.
  • Promote employee engagement and relations through effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Drive results-oriented people-focused initiatives to support business goals and strategies.

Role Requirements:

  • Degree-qualified professional with extensive knowledge of HR practices, preferably with experience from multinational corporations within the industrial sector.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in Asia Pacific is essential.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
  • Proven track record in driving process improvement and change initiatives.
  • Strong leadership skills with a willingness to mentor, innovate, and nurture talent.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
