Job Description
Human Capital AdministrationAdminister and maintain HC Hub
Provide basic HC business partnership with assigned departments
Administer HC processes and advocate HC procedures – Employee access pass, org chart maintenance, recruitment drive, MOM work pass application, personnel file maintenance, etc.
Employee Cohesive Program Coordination
Employee insurance administrationEmployees’ Claim ManagementAdminister claims processing in a timely and accurate manner
Process monthly employee’s claims and verify time attendance/receipts for payments
Provide manpower report
Handle employee’s enquiries pertaining to the claimsUndertake any other duties as assigned by Assistant Manager, Corporate Services, Chief, Corporate Services and/or General Secretary#J-18808-Ljbffr
