About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our Trust & Safety team at TikTok. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment plans that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner closely with HRBPs and leaders to ensure Talent Acquisition strategies are aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with global & regional hiring managers to assess talent requirements and fulfill hiring plans.
  • Lead key initiatives and projects to improve and scale recruiting operations and results.
  • Analyze large sets of data to inform stakeholders and drive better hiring decisions.
  • Lead a TA team in APAC and build a high-performing team.
  • Cultivate employer branding efforts to represent TikTok's culture effectively.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years of team leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
  • A results-oriented self-starter with strong analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated capability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks independently.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience partnering with international colleagues and stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultures.

This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's growth and success. We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
