Job Title: HR Business Partner Strategist

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join our Talent Trader Group team.

About the Role

This is a key position within our organization, responsible for driving business performance through effective HR initiatives. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leaders to understand their objectives and provide tailored HR guidance and support.

The role requires strong collaboration skills, with the ability to develop and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization. You will lead talent acquisition efforts, manage employee relations, design performance management systems, and oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with company objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition: Lead workforce planning, recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract top talent.
  • Employee Relations: Manage complex employee matters and provide expert guidance on HR-related issues.
  • Performance Management: Design and implement performance management systems to enhance employee performance and development.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee compensation and benefits programs to ensure they remain competitive and aligned with company objectives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on HR business partnering.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compensation and benefits.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed HR decisions.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office applications.
Estimated Salary Range

$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
