Kerry Consulting Pte Ltd, a renowned international Financial Institution, is seeking an experienced Chief Technology HR Strategist to drive HR strategy and transformation for its technology function.

The Role

As the Chief Technology HR Strategist, you will collaborate with technology leaders to align HR strategies across countries with business objectives, addressing challenges and driving transformation. You will oversee performance management, talent acquisition, and development initiatives to build and retain high-performing teams while managing employee relations in compliance with policies and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the transformation of the technology function, including establishing new teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring regulatory alignment.
  • Drive cultural change, workforce planning, and competitive rewards strategies, leveraging HR analytics to inform leadership decisions.
  • Work closely with technology leaders to develop and implement strategic HR plans that support business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

You are degree qualified with over 10 years of experience in a strategic HR business partnering role, ideally in technology-driven organizations or global settings. Expertise in organizational change, talent management, and employee relations is essential, along with a proven ability to drive HR transformation initiatives. Strong analytical capabilities, interpersonal skills, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset will ensure your success in this role.

Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to attract top talent in this field. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
