We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our APAC team as an APAC Talent Strategist and Program Lead.


Job Summary


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR talent management expert to shape and execute high-impact programs that drive business outcomes across the APAC region.


The successful candidate will work closely with global HR Centers of Excellence, regional HR teams, and business leaders to design, implement, and deliver tailored talent initiatives that meet the unique needs of our APAC businesses.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive talent strategies that align with regional business objectives and global HR best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, roll out, and evaluate HR programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and development.
  • Provide thought leadership on HR trends, best practices, and innovation in the APAC region, ensuring our organization remains competitive and agile.
  • Manage project lifecycles, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting on HR initiatives to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional HR teams, business leaders, and global HR CoEs to foster collaboration and drive results.
  • Foster a culture of change management, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision making within the APAC region.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is a plus.
  • At least 12 years of experience in HR talent management, preferably in a regional or global capacity.
  • Proven expertise in designing and delivering high-impact talent programs that drive business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform HR strategies.
  • Experience working with HR systems, tools, and technologies, including data analysis and reporting software.
  • A willingness to travel within the APAC region as needed.

Salary: SGD 120,000 - 180,000 per annum

This salary range is based on market research and takes into account the level of experience, qualifications, and responsibilities required for this role.
