Job Description

This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of SGD $120,000 per annum. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with the company's business objectives. Key responsibilities include:

  • Talent Review & Development: Support the organization's talent reviews, assessments, and succession planning to identify high-potential employees.
  • Succession Planning: Ensure proper follow-through on talent review actions, focusing on key positions and succession plans.
  • Pipeline Programs: Manage talent pipeline programs such as sponsorships and management associate programmes.
  • Competency Frameworks: Develop functional competency frameworks that align with business needs.
  • Development Programs: Design and oversee development programs such as mentorships and leadership training.
  • HR Policies: Create and implement policies that improve talent attraction, development, and retention.
  • Data & Analytics: Analyse talent data and create reports to guide decision-making for management.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in talent management.
  • Strong understanding of talent assessment tools and development strategies.
  • Comfortable working with data and preparing presentations for senior management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
