Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Talent Acquisition Strategist to join our team at NTT DATA. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a crucial role in driving successful hiring outcomes and contributing to our overall growth and success in APAC and Japan.
About the Role:
- You will collaborate closely with HR leadership and hiring managers to identify recruiting needs, develop recruitment strategies, and attract and hire top talent.
- Your expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection will ensure a high-quality talent pool.
- You will guide on identifying talent needs, creating recruitment plans, and executing effective hiring strategies.
- You will manage candidate sourcing efforts using various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and talent databases, to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- You will implement candidate assessment methods and interview techniques to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with the organisation.
- You will stay updated on recruitment technology trends and leverage relevant tools, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), to optimize the recruitment process.
- You will act as an ambassador for NTT DATA's employer brand, promoting its values, culture, and opportunities to attract top talent.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience

Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition across APAC and Japan, ideally in the Data Center industry or related industries
- Proven track record in talent sourcing through various channels and candidate assessment, and implementing best practices to achieve a best-in-class candidate experience
- Advanced background in developing and executing talent acquisition plans in alignment with organisational goals
- Experience in managing high-volume recruitment
- Knowledge of relevant labor laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines related to talent acquisition and candidate selection
- Demonstrated experience with Workday or similar HCM
- Ability to develop and analyze relevant KPIs to make informed decisions and optimise processes
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbally
