Sales Event Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate sales professional to join our team at Shangri-La. As an Assistant Manager/Manager, Events Sales, you will be responsible for leading the events sales team and driving revenue growth.
Job SummaryThis is a senior leadership role that requires a strong understanding of sales principles and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the events sales team to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
- Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Competitive salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
