We are looking for a passionate sales professional to join our team at Shangri-La. As an Assistant Manager/Manager, Events Sales, you will be responsible for leading the events sales team and driving revenue growth.

Job Summary

This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong understanding of sales principles and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the events sales team to achieve revenue targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and expand market share
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
