Job Description:

Mandai Wildlife Group is a leading organization dedicated to wildlife conservation and education. As an Events Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in driving sales and curating events that align with our mission.



Main Responsibilities:

  • Increase local client contacts through canvassing and regular follow-ups.
  • Establish and enhance relationships with business associates, government agencies, and other stakeholders to develop the brand and create new business opportunities.
  • Prepare sales collaterals, quotations, and presentations to close business deals.
  • Maintain contact with clients to encourage repeated business.
  • Deliver an exceptional experience to our partners, represent our brand, and act as our partners' internal liaison.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets as an individual and contribute to the team's revenue targets.
  • Coordinate pre-event discussions, site inspections, and actual event arrangements.
  • Perform necessary administrative works relevant to events.
  • Update and maintain sales databases and leads tracking lists regularly.
  • Work closely with the F&B and Business Development teams to deliver personalized services and total customer experiences.
  • Ensure consistency and sustainability of work processes from order processing to billing processes.
  • Ensure all communications with customers are handled within the required time frame and according to company guidelines and policies.
  • Contribute to the growth and improvement of the sales function with proactive suggestions and recommendations to drive business acquisitions and market awareness.
  • Assist and support ad-hoc special projects and other duties.


Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Events, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in driving events sales and curating events in the social and corporate segments, preferably in the wedding industry.
  • Possess a strong network of business contacts.
  • Sales-driven and result-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a high degree of personal energy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Critical thinker with a strategic mind and problem-solving skills for risk/roadblock identification and proactive suggestions and recommendations.
  • Pro-active team player with a positive attitude and determination to succeed.
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays for events.
