Job Description

ALKEM COMPANY (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • General Administration: Assist in administrative tasks, including documentation work, quotations, and sales order entry.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Education: Min Diploma/Degree.
  • Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel etc), able to operate PC and type at a reasonable speed.
  • Communication: Presentable, outgoing, and positive attitude; well-versed in written and spoken English Language; strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Additional Requirements : Experience with AS400/BookMaster is an advantage. Contract Position available for 1 year with option to extend.
