We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Administrative Professional to join our team at Afizan Pte Ltd in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in visitors, parents, staff, and students at the front desk, managing student-related tasks, and providing logistical and administrative support during major school events.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the education landscape in Singapore.

To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position within an MOE school, covering both customer service and administrative tasks. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $2,300-$2,600 per month, depending on your experience. You will also enjoy 14 days of annual leave and 14 days of sick leave per year, as well as medical insurance benefits.

**Job Description:**

- Professionally handle walk-in visitors, parents, staff, and students at the front desk.

- Manage student-related tasks, including issuing certificates and documents, and supporting their needs as per school guidelines.

- Handle calls, data entry, and documentation such as MOE FAS and leave forms.

- Provide logistical and administrative support during major school events like Parent-Teacher Meetings or orientations.

- Maintain an organised system for lost items.

- Execute ad hoc responsibilities such as mail handling, facility bookings, and logistical preparations.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within an MOE school.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong customer service mindset and professionalism.

- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
