DB Golf Training & Performance Center PTE. LTD. is a leading indoor golf center seeking a dedicated and customer-focused professional to ensure smooth scheduling, outstanding customer service, and efficient management of administrative tasks.
Job Description:
As a Customer Service and Administrative Professional, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team and director by handling special requests, projects, or urgent tasks as needed. You will also coordinate and manage lesson bookings, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling for coaches and customers. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records of lesson schedules, customer interactions, and operational data.
Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, or in person
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively and efficiently
• Foster positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and promote loyalty
• Support the smooth running of the indoor golf center, including equipment management and resource allocation
• Ensure all areas of the facility are clean, organized, and fully operational
Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills
• Empathy, patience, problem-solving abilities
• Customer-centric mindset
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Ability to adapt and handle ad hoc tasks with flexibility and efficiency
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience
