Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Officer to join our team at SLS BEARINGS (SINGAPORE) PRIVATE LIMITED. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling their inquiries, and resolving any issues they may have.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions in a professional and courteous manner
• Resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Providing product information and recommendations to customers
• Processing orders and managing inventory levels
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
