Customer Service Professional with Excellent Communication Skills

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Executive to join our team at Quess Selection & Services PTE. LTD. in Singapore. As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone and email, ensuring prompt and personalized responses.
- Utilize excellent communication skills to resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the banking or finance sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Benefits and Compensation
- Competitive salary range S$2,500 - S$3,000 per month, depending on experience.
- 14 days of annual leave and 14 days of medical leave per year.
