Job Description

This role is based in Singapore and India, requiring you to drive the delivery of a fit-for-purpose People Plan that aligns with our organisation's objectives.

  • Support the Chief Operating Officer (COO) on people transformation initiatives for Critical Resource Excellence (CRES) and Supply Chain Management (SCM).
  • Lead HR preparations for any material organisational changes, ensuring seamless implementation and minimal disruption.
  • Engage with management teams to foster an inclusive and engaging culture, where employees feel valued and motivated.
  • Embed and evolve our employee value proposition, driving retention and engagement through effective talent management strategies.
  • Identify key employee engagement measures and develop targeted strategies to improve employee satisfaction and well-being.
  • Develop and implement a Diversity & Inclusion framework, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity across the organisation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in leading HR preparations for significant organisational changes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify key challenges and opportunities for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
