Our diverse and vibrant community includes IC design companies, manufacturers, suppliers, research institutes, and academia.

The Role:

As a Human Capital Development Executive, you'll play a key role in shaping the future of Singapore's semiconductor workforce. You'll lead meaningful programmes and initiatives that drive industry awareness, enhance workforce capabilities, and cultivate leadership pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute flagship initiatives like the Singapore Semiconductor Leadership Excellence (SSLE) and Leadership in Engineering
  • Lead industry outreach initiatives (e.g. career talks, fairs, and student engagement efforts)
  • Oversee "Industry Relevant Courses" and align them with training and marketing strategies
  • Ensure smooth execution of workforce-related programmes and events
  • Collaborate with the Marcom team on communications that strengthen industry presence

What We're Looking For:

  • Diploma or Degree in any Technical or Human Resource qualification
  • 3+ years of experience in related field (Fresh graduates welcome to apply)
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Interest or experience in the semiconductor/ electronics industry is a plus
  • Proactive, reliable, and composed under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Integrity, teamwork, and a strong sense of accountability
