
Human Capital Executive

**POSITION PURPOSE**:
This individual is responsible for assisting the Human Capital Manager with all human resources matters and functions and ensuring employees are adequately managed and adhere to company policies, appropriately compensated, and effectively trained.
**DIMENSIONS**:
A. Manage Human Capital Information System and ensure data is updated and accurate.
B. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
C. Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues and HC policies and proceedures.
D. Assist the Human Capital Manager on recruitment, and after a new hire is selected, set up the new hire paperwork and provide other relevant materials applicable to the position, they are onboarding.
**NATURE AND SCOPE**:
A. Report Relationship - This position reports directly to the Human Capital Manager.
B. General Department Overview - Support Human Capital Manager in fulfilling HC missions and administrative duties.
C. Areas of Responsibility - Recruitment, Retention, Succession Planning, Training, Staff Career Development, Supporting HOD with KPI/Goal Setting, and any other duties as assigned.
D. Challenges of Position - Diplomatic and confidentiality in handling Human Capital matters and assist the Human Capital Manager to maintain and execute administrative work of diverse areas. Ability to manage expectations of staff from all levels.
E. Communication Network - Able to communicate with management and line managers on all Human Capital issues and deliver appropriate messages to all staff.
F. Measurement - The success is measured by Corporate Cohesiveness and overall Effective Operations in all departments.
G. Requirements - Diploma/Degree in HR/Business Management. Diplomatic in handling Human Capital matters and meticulous and accuracy in paperwork. Minimum three years experience in local Human Capital management.
