Our client is an Asia-Focus Hedge fund. Due to the rapid and continual growth of the firm, they are now looking for Human Resources professionals as Regional Business Partner to join their team.

As Business Partner, you will be responsible for the Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes for different APAC regions. You will also support C&B related matters and assist daily operations within the HR department to make sure the HR policies in line with labor regulations across different locations. You will lead the HR policies development and implementation while assessing the employee data for performance management. You will also initiate HR projects and training programs when necessary.

To qualify, you must have a Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources with at least 8 years of Human Resources or Business Partner experience from financial industry. You should be detailed-minded, organized, responsible with hands-on experience under fast-paced environment. You should have good knowledge of labor laws in Singapore or other Asian countries. You should have strong analytical, problem-solving skills and communication skills.
