Human Capital Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Human Capital Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HRiQ Human Capital Management Software team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring the smooth operation of our software.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to work with us and contribute to the growth and success of our organization. You will be responsible for providing first-level support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with our product and technical teams to resolve complex problems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human capital management principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to our Human Capital Management Software.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues.
  • Participate in knowledge sharing and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in software support or technical helpdesk roles (internships welcome).
  • Familiarity with Windows OS, basic SQL queries, and ASP.NET or VB.NET.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to document and communicate issues clearly.
