Job Title: Human Capital Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Capital Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including workforce planning, recruitment, payroll processing, employee contract management, leave monitoring, and training coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Tabulate worker's wages and process payroll.
  • Process applications, insurance, medical, cancellation of work pass for foreigners.
  • Manage employee contracts.
  • Monitor leave and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  • Recruit and hire new employees.
  • Perform other ad-hoc HR roles as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Workforce planning and recruiting experience.
  • Administration and payroll management skills.
