Premier Relationship Manager Job Description


As a Premier Relationship Manager at OCBC Bank, you will be part of the leading wealth solutions team in the industry and supported by a regional wealth panel. Your role will involve engaging with our wealth specialists, sensing the pulse of the global economy, and offering professional advice and financial solutions to Premier Banking customers. You will be expected to achieve your revenue targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.


Main Responsibilities:



  • Offer Professional Wealth Advice - To provide expert advice and financial solutions to Premier Banking customers, helping them achieve their wealth goals.
  • Be Our Premier Banking Advocate and Acquire New Customers - To engage with customers and prospects, promoting the benefits of Premier Banking and inviting them to join the program.
  • Service - To proactively engage with PB customers to establish a good relationship and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance - To adhere to all documentary and process procedures, ensuring no lapses in control requirements and submitting reports on time.

Qualifications:



  • Minimum Diploma holder with relevant certifications (UT - FIMM, Insurance - PCE Life, PCE General, and CEILI).
  • Minimum 2 years sales or service experience in the Financial or Service industry.
  • Strong understanding of financial and non-financial markets, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good social networking skills and excellent inter-personal skills.
  • Possesses own transport and willing to travel.
  • Preferably multi-lingual.
