In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a team of Account Directors and Account Executives who partner with existing customers to deliver success using our Talent and Learning solutions.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will develop and execute the sales strategy across the market, focusing on retaining and growing LinkedIn's valuable corporate relationships. You will also be responsible for developing and inspiring your team members, ensuring operational rigor with sales activities, and providing sales mentorship to help your reps build CXO level relationships.

We are seeking a proven leader with superior leadership skills, entrepreneurial spirit, and hands-on approach. If you have 10+ years of sales or related experience, 3+ years of experience in managing sales teams, and prior experience in the Search and Staffing industry, we encourage you to apply.
