1.Organize, communicate and tutor the RM, credit analysis officers, strengthening the professional skills and quality of service.

2.Oversee the development of employees’ professional competency, (especially for RM, credit analysis officer) in order to cultivate and retain valuable and talented employees.

3.Maintain and develop in-depth bank-client relationship with highly valuable clients.

4.Responsible for digesting and informing the latest changes in relative regulations and laws in Taiwan and Singapore in addition to explore and cooperate the new business model with head office and interbank.

5.Review the credit reports and statements approved by internal qualified granting managers, and periodically revise the internal credit regulations.

6. To conduct financial statement and industry reports analysis.

7. To deal with challenges and pressure.

8. To compliance with legal and regulation requirements.

9. To be qualified with over 7 years of experience in deposit, loan, credit analysis, foreign exchange related fields. (Hands-on experience in sales and credit businesses－over 3 years in the role of RM).
- 10. To read and write Chinese (Traditional Chinese Characters) is a prerequisite as frequent communication with the Head Office in Taiwan is required.Tags
