The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, ensuring seamless communication, and building strong relationships with our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Experience: Manage reservations, respond to guest inquiries, and communicate guest information to the team to personalize their experience.
  • Feedback and Communication: Request guest feedback, communicate feedback to the manager, and ensure each guest is warmly welcomed and farewelled.
  • Database Management: Assist in building and maintaining a strong guest profile database.
  • Operations Improvement: Contribute ideas for operations improvement and guest experience enhancement.
  • Ad-Hoc Requests: Resourcefully manage ad-hoc requests and resolve challenges.
Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Skills: Excellent guest relations and service skills, handles guests' requests, concerns, and feedback.
  • Personal Qualities: Outgoing, friendly, attention to details, and able to commit on weekends and Public Holidays.
