  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business plans that drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and acquire new customers through efficient sales strategies.
  • Take ownership of the sales process from pre-sales to aftersales, ensuring exceptional follow-up skills and prompt responses.
  • Recruit new partners and expand market share in assigned territories.
  • Manage existing partnerships to achieve sales targets, drive sell-through, and control inventory.
  • Resolve business issues with partners through effective coordination and communication, maintaining healthy partner relationships.
  • Monitor competitor and market information to inform pricing and promotion programs.
  • Collaborate with distributors on channel development and business growth.
  • Provide training for internal teams and external customers, sharing best practices.
  • Coordinate with branch service teams and HQ back-office teams to resolve disputes and support partner growth.

Requirements:

  • A self-motivated individual able to work independently and engage cross-functional teams.
  • Strong PC skills preferred, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent and self-motivated, with strong analytical skills and ability to work under stress.
  • Energetic, dynamic, optimistic, and customer service-oriented, with negotiation and dispute resolution skills.
