We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR & Admin Executive to join our team at ClearSK Medical Spa Pte. Ltd. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in maintaining physical and digital personnel records, including employment contracts and employee handbooks.
- Update internal databases with new hire information and assist in the onboarding process.
- Support all recruitment activities, including publishing and removing job ads, scheduling job interviews, and contacting candidates.
- Assist in leave management, employee reimbursement, and other HR-related tasks.
- Prepare weekly or monthly HR reports and provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
- Recent university or polytechnic graduates in relevant fields without work experience but with good attitude and academic records are welcome to apply.
- Or 2 years of experience preferably from service/hospitality/healthcare/retail industry.
- Experience working in fast-growing SMEs will be an advantage.
- Good planning and organizing skills, with strong numeracy, analytical, and interpersonal and communication skills.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- A multi-tasker and learner with self-motivation and integrity.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and proficient in Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint, and IT systems.
